This project was an unique opportunity to combine historical preservation with state-of-the-art requirements of today's hi-tech, high energy technical environment.

The building is the former location of the George Westinghouse Air Brake Company headquarters.  Built in 1872, this facility is really three buildings that have been connected over time and cover a city block between 24th and 25th Streets in the Strip District of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. 

NDC negotiated the purchase of the building, selected the tenants and provided the development and construction renovation services in a nine month time frame.  The building is now home to three business that operate within the 35,000 square foot building.  NDC continues to serve as the day-to-day manager of the building.
