Broadway West Senior Living Apartments is a $7.3 Million, 72-unit two-story senior apartment complex developed and built in Islip, New York.  The development consists of four connected apartment structures, each having one and two bedroom units.  Included in the complex is a community center with storage facilities for the residents.  Considerable attention was given to maintaining the existing wooded, park-like setting. 

NDC worked very closely with the architect, the owner and several local organizations to develop a final set of construction documents that was acceptable to all parties. 

The project was located in Islip, New York.  Having worked in a new geographic area, NDC was successful in developing several business relationships with local officials, trade organizations and subcontractors, which was a key element in ensuring the succesful completion of this project.
