NDC was the developer and construction manager for Aristech Chemical Corporation, a subsidiary of Mitsubishi Corporation, and the Urban Redevelopment Authority for the completion of the 80,000 square foot Polypropylene Techical Center at the Pittsburgh Technology Center. 

This building represents state-of-the-art facilities for Aristech in its applied research and development programs.  Although the facility supports hard Research and Development, it also has the qualities of an industrial retail facility where methods, processes, equipment and product can be displayed and demonstrated to the end user.
