Asbury Villas is a 75,000 square foot assisted living facility nestled on the United Methodist Services for the Aging's senior care campus in Mt. Lebanon, Pennsylvania.

NDC provided general construction services as well as preconstruction, estimating and value engineering services for this project.

The owner of this facility is the United Methodist Services for the Aging, a local non-profit organization affiliated with and supported by the Methodist Church.  UMSA has operated its large senior care campus in Mt. Lebanon for decades and is generally regarded as one of the premier senior care providers in the region.
