Weinberg Terrace is a 62-bed assisted living facility located in the Squirrel Hill section of Pittsburgh.  NDC provided development, construction management and general contracting services to complete this project on behalf of the Jewish Association on Aging.

The assisted living facility is located in the Jewish Community Organization Building, which is a blend of three separate and distinct owners who occupy a multi-faceted mixed use complex.
