NDC provided development, construction management and general contracting services for the 38,000 square foot Jewish Community Center.  The Center contains a full-size college level basketball court, a 420 spectator multi-purpose room with stage, and various specialty and gallery spaces. 

The Jewish Community Center is also the home of Weinberg Terrace Senior Care Facility.  The project also included an underground valet parking structure for 72 cars.
