NDC provided the project development, general construction and construction management services for the renovation (18,500 SF) and new construction (21,500 SF) of the Buhl Science Complex for Chatham College.  Chatham College is a growing liberal-arts college located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

NDC coordinated the entire development process, including management of the zoning and approval process with the City of Pittsburgh, coordination of preliminary design, budget parameters and value engineering decisions.
