Sutherland Hall is a 630-bed student residence hall completed for the University of Pittsburgh.  The facility provides a variety of room types, including suites for 4-6 students and double and single occupancy units, all with private baths. 

The complex consists of a 10-story and an 8-story tower connected at the bottom floors by a 2-story commons building.  The cafeteria, social, recreation and laundry facilities are located inside the commons building of this complex.

NDC was the developer and design-build contractor for the University of Pittsburgh for this project.
