Evergreen Commons is a 400-bed student residence facility being completed for the students of Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania.  When opened in the Fall of 2004, Evergreen Commons will provide the students of Lock Haven University with a safe, near-campus, well-designed and built, option for their housing needs. 

The project includes a clubhouse containing a computer lab, fitness center, study/conference room, and television theatre room.  The complex also has an outdoor pool and barbeque area.

Lock Haven University Foundation Inc., the owner of this project, selected a development team lead by National Development Company to develop, design, finance, build and operate this new housing facility.
