Reinhard Village is a 650-bed village-like student housing project being developed and built on 70 wooded acres near the campus of Clarion University of Pennsylvania.  Scheduled to open in the Fall of 2004, Reinhard Village will provide the students of Clarion University with a safe, well-designed and built, option for their housing needs. 

This project also includes a recreation center, community center and an outdoor amphitheatre.  An exercise/walking trail is also incorporated throughout the entire site.

Clarion University Foundation, Inc., the owner of this project, selected the development team lead by National Development Company to develop, design, financing, construction and operate this new student housing complex.
