Rebecca Residence Senior Care Facility is a 100,000 square foot, 120-bed continuum of care facility located in West Deer Township in the north suburbs of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  This facility contains 40 assisted living units, 20 Alzheimers and 60 skilled nursing units each in its own wing but interconnected to one another.  NDC was the development manager, construction manager and general contractor for this project.

From the project's inception, NDC was involved with the property search, property negotiations, permitting, approvals, zoning, designer selection, pre-construction, value engineering, and construction management services on behalf of the owner.
