NDC completed a four-phase large master planned senior care facility and retirement community for the Masonic Homes Organization.  The project, located in Sewickley, Pennsylvania consisted of an assisted living facility, independent living apartments, independent living for-sale villas, a clubhouse and a wellness center. 

The entire project was accomplished over a period of four years and totaled approximately $70 million.
