Laurelbrooke Landing is a 100,000 square foot assisted living facility developed and constructed for WRC Senior Services, in Brookville, Pennsylvania.  The facility is comprised of 140 residential beds for assisted living, dementia/Alzheimers and nursing care.  The building is one and three stories with separate wings for the various types of care.  The design includes several courtyards, commercial kitchen, dining facilities, common areas and administrative support space.

NDC is currently working with WRC on the development and construction of independent living, for-sale cottages near the campus of Laurelbrooke Landing.
