NDC is committed to a single-source project delivery method.  As a development/construction manager with engineers, accountants and lawyers on staff, NDC is well suited to serve as the "outsourced" development and construction staff for our clients.  NDC's approach to a successful project has always been the Team Approach.  NDC evaluates the needs of the project and when the project requires outside support, NDC establishes a project specific team to address the individual challenges of the project.  The Team is comprised of expert firms in the major disciplines necessary to deliver the project within the schedule, at the quality standards and within the cost parameters established by the client. 

Once this Team has been established for the project, NDC conducts team building sessions and each and every team member is given the "big picture" about the project.  All schedule and budget parameters are presented, all quality issues are discussed and the overall project goals are understood.  Every discipline is encouraged to consider how its approach to the project could cause cost, schedule, or quality problems (or opportunities) with other disciplines or components of the project.  The key to the success of this team building effort lies almost entirely with the ability of NDC to facilitate the flow of information and to create a commitment to the process by the other team members.
